报道了2μm被动调Q的Ho∶YAG激光器,该激光器采用Tm~(3+)光纤激光器作为泵浦源,使用多层石墨烯作为可饱和吸收体。在连续波激光输出模式下,当泵浦功率为4.2 W时,获得了750 mW激光输出,输出激光中心波长为2.09μm,斜率效率为29.6%。在连续波激光器谐振腔中插入多层石墨烯可饱和吸收体并调整谐振腔,获得了脉冲激光输出。当泵浦功率为4.2 W时,获得最小脉冲宽度3.1μs、重复频率66.6 kHz的脉冲激光输出,其最大平均输出功率为170 mW,斜率效率为12.6%,光束质量因子M_x~2=1.15,M_y~2=1.12。 相似文献

全光取样示波器是研究与开发超高速光通信系统和光子交换网络的关键性测试仪器设备. 本文简介了我们自行设计和研制出的超宽带全光取样示波器设备的实验样机系统, 并报道了我们已取得的初步实验结果. 采用自主研发的高稳定性被动锁模飞秒光纤激光器作为该光学示波器的光脉冲取样源, 我们通过利用高度非线性光纤中的四波混频效应, 成功地实现了对脉宽为1.8ps、重复频率分别为10GHz和40GHz的光脉冲信号的全光取样. 然后通过数字信号处理和计算机图形处理, 得到了再现后的超短光脉冲信号波形, 并测出了其脉冲宽度值为2.3ps. 借助于该光学取样示波器实验样机, 我们还成功地完成了对脉宽为1.8ps、经过伪随机数据序列调制后的10Gbit/s和40Gbit/s光数据信号眼图的精确测量. 这是我国首次报道有关超宽带全光取样示波器设备的实际研制工作及其相应的实验测试结果. 所得到的有关超短光脉冲信号波形的测试结果也与用70GHz宽带电子示波器和超快光电探测器组成的常规光电测量系统所获得的结果进行了比较, 清楚地表明了我们研制出的全光取样示波器实验样机比后者具有更高的时间分辨率和更大的测量带宽. 相似文献

The emission and the lifetime data of Cr, Yb: YAG and Yb: YAG were reported. The effective peak stimulated-emission cross section of chromium and ytterbium-co-doped yttrium-aluminum garnets (Cr, Yb: YAG) has been determined to be 8.98 × 10-20 cm2 at room temperature. The luminescence spectrum of Cr, Yb: YAG is the same as that of Yb: YAG. The luminescence lifetime of Cr, Yb: YAG at room temperature is 0.3 ms (Yb: YAG, 1.48 ms ). The causes of the differences in the fluorescence spectra and the stimulated emission cross-section between Yb: YAG and Cr, Yb: YAG crystals were discussed. 采用低温生长GaAs晶体作为被动饱和吸收体兼输出镜,实现了Nd:Gd0.42Y0.58VO4混晶激光器的调Q锁模运转.研究了Nd:Gd0.42Y0.588VO4激光器的基频运转特性.在输出镜透射率T=10%、腔长L=40 mm的情况下,当抽运功率为8.6 W时,获得激光输出功率3.78 W,光-光转换效率为43.9%.并测量了Nd:Gd0.42Y0.58VO4混晶被动调Q激光器的输出特性.实验结果表明激光器调Q运转阈值为2 W,当抽运功率为3.7 W时,激光器出现调Q锁模行为;当抽运功率为8.6 W时,激光器调Q锁模深度达70%以上,对应的脉冲包络重复频率为670 kHz,半峰全宽为180 ns,平均输出功率为1.35 W,光-光转换效率为15.7%. 相似文献

By considering the Gaussian spatial distribution of the intracavity photon density and initial population-inversion density as well as the longitudinal distribution of the photon density along the cavity axis and turnoff time of the acoustic–optic Q-switch, the coupled equations of an LD-pumped actively Q-switched Nd:YVO4 laser with acoustic–optic modulator are given. These coupled rate equations are solved numerically on a computer, and the dependences of pulse width, single-pulse energy and peak power on incident pump power are obtained. A quasi-continuous wave laser diode side-pumped passively Q-switched Yb:YAG slab laser with Cr4+:YAG saturable absorber has been demonstrated in order to understand the pulse properties of Yb:YAG crystal. To our knowledge the maximum 69% extraction efficiency is achieved by the system. 44 μJ pulse energy and 1.64 KW peak power with near diffraction-limited beam quality are presented at 25 Hz repetition rate. A xenon flash-lamp-pumped, passively Q-switched Nd:GdVO4 laser with GaAs semiconductor saturable absorber is demonstrated. The static laser performance is investigated and the static output is 52 mJ when the pump energy is 9.45 J. The dynamic laser has the highest slope efficiency when the GaAs wafer is both the saturable absorber and output coupler. Pulses with duration of 64 ns and dynamic output of 47.6 mJ are obtained when the pump energy is 9.45 J. The highest dynamic–static ratio is 0.9:1.
